Refunds/Returns Policy
All warranties are listed with individual item. We stand behind all product as advertised during the warranty period. Please call 336-722-4107 or email for any item that needs to be returned, to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) All product will be tested upon return. Defective item will receive full credit or replacement less shipping charges. Any non-defective product will be returned freight collect.
